Cederberg Adventure 2007

I'm sitting in an internet Cafe in a tented village in the middle of the Cederberg Wilderness area. That's just insane! The nearest town is two hours drive along a badly-kept dirt road and there's no cellphone reception. The last two days were spent on the slopes of Sneeuberg. We attempted to summit yesterday, but the weather was not in our favour, so we headed down to the observatory. It was still quite an insane adventure as we didn't make it to the hut on our first nite, so we trail camped in the cold. It was an awesome experience.

Many thanks to the guys from Kenridge that we hiked with, it was a fun trip. My feet hurt and my muscles ache, but it was worth it. The views were fantastic and the company was great.
